Microsoft has launched a social networking connector which can be downloaded from the following link. Microsoft Download Center.
After installing the same you can download the linkedin Social converter and install the same in Ms Outlook.from www.LinkedIn.com/outlook.
Please note that you have to install the outlook connector first and then the Linkedin connector
There will soon be a social network connector for Facebook so keep yourself updated
